Ingredients
Apple (peeled, chopped)-2 no
Milk (cream separated)-200 ml
Sugar- ½ cup
Ice cubes- 10 no
Preparation
Blend the chopped apples and sugar thoroughly in a mixer. Add the ice cubes and milk to it and beat again till bubbles are formed. Refrigerate and serve.
Note: Apple is considered as the most wholesome food. Apart from its energy value, it plays an important role in the normal development of metabolic functions. Regular consumption of apple with milk, promotes health and youthfulness and helps build healthy and bright skin. It tones up the body and the brain as it contains more phosphorus and iron than any other fruit and vegetable.
