Ingredients
Apple (chopped, peeled) -1 no
Banana -1 no
Pineapple -1/2 cup
Tomato – 1 no
Sugar – 3 tsp
Preparation
Beat all the ingredients thoroughly in a mixer. Serve chilled.
Note: Apple is rich in flavonoids and fiber. It’s believed to have activity against certain cancers, heart disease, asthma, and type II diabetes. Tomato contains Lycopene, Flavonoids Vitamin C, biotin, and minerals. This makes this food a special one.
