Ingredients
Rose petals -3 cups
Water -8 cups
Sugar -2 cups
Cardamom -8 no
Rose essence 5 drops
Preparation
Boil the water and add cardamom, sugar and rose essence. Simmer and then add the rose petals. Keep stirring till it becomes a concentrate. Sieve and allow it to cool. Rose sherbet is ready and you can add water to the concentrate and serve. Great if you serve it chilled.
Note: This is a special drink for summer.
