Ingredients
Protein Powder – 2 scoops
Canola or Flax Seed Oil -2 tbsp
Sugar-Free Laxative – 1 tsp
Vanilla – ½ tsp
Cinnamon to taste
Water
Preparation
In a shaker bottle, mix powders. Then add oil & shake well until oil is completely absorbed by powders. Fill to top with water and shake well. Allow to stand at least ten minutes. Shake again & drink. The laxative will expand as it stands giving the drink a creamy texture.
Note: Very low-carb and very easy to prepare. Gives you instant energy and keeps you light in weight.
