Ingredients
Pomegranate – 2 no
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Essence (any flavor) – 1 drop (optional)
Preparation
Take the juice of the pomegranate and mix it with milk. Add sugar and essence. Blend all this in a blender till bubbled. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
Note: This shake not only gives a stomach filling effect but also reduces cholesterol and fat. Pomegranate is believed to have power to resist heart problems and hypertension.
Special Tip: The dried outer covering of the pomegranate can be powdered and mixed with diluted buttermilk and if taken can cure stomach related problems.
