Ingredients
Small Onion (chopped)– 3 cups
Honey – 2 cups
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
Water- 3cups
Preparation
Boil water and add chopped onions to it. Simmer and boil for about 15-20 minutes. Now strain it and allow it to cool. When cooled add honey and lemon juice. Add required quantity of chilled water and enjoy.
Note: Onion has got medicinal values, which help in keeping your body healthy. This drink can also maintain your body temperature and cholesterol level. Honey is highly helpful in bringing down your extra pounds.
