Ingredients
Carrot – chopped- 3 cups
Honey – 1 cup
Milk – fat free – 2 cups
Cardamom powder – 2 pinches
Preparation
Take the juice out of carrot. Mix it with honey and milk. Blend well in a mixer, chill and serve.
Note: Carrot is a popular vegetable and a powerful cleansing food. This Carrot Milk Shake is a healthy combination of quality ingredients- all of them having excellent weight- loss properties.
