Ingredients
Gooseberry (seedless) – 250gm
Sugar/salt /honey- to taste
Water- 2 cups
Preparation
In a mixer, put the gooseberries and extract juice. Add sugar/salt/honey and refrigerate and enjoy.
Note: Take this juice early in the morning, in empty stomach.
Special Tip: This juice helps in bringing down your body weight if taken regularly for about 45 days. Gooseberry is a great energy giving fruit and also has medicinal values for keeping your body fresh and healthy. It is rich in Vitamin C.
