Ingredients
Ripe bananas – 4 no
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Preparation
Peel bananas; brush with oil, then with lemon juice. Place them in oiled baking pan. Drizzle honey over them; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Broil them for about 5-7 minutes until heated through, browned and the sesame seeds toasted.
Note: This is a very light food and honey helps in bringing down your weight. Banana is also loaded with antioxidants and phytochemicals, which will pump your spirits.
