Ingredients
Pineapple- chopped- 1 cup
Sprouted seeds of beans – 1 cup
Carrot – grated – 2 no
Baby cucumber – for garnishing – ½
Spring onion – chopped – 2 tbsp
Powdered, fried groundnut – 100gm
Salad dressing
The liquid got while chopping pineapple – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
Soy sauce – 4 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
(Mix all the above ingredients and keep it aside)
Preparation
Mix together chopped pineapple, sprouted beans, carrot, Spring onions and powdered groundnut. Then pour the salad dressing on the mixture and garnish with baby cucumber and serve.
