Ingredients
Cucumber finely chopped – 1 no
Tomato finely chopped – 1 no
Onion finely chopped – 1 no
Carrot finely grated – 1 no
Raw mango finely chopped – 1 slice
Coriander leaves finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Green chilly finely chopped – 1 no
Puffed wheat – ½ cup
White vinegar – 1 tbsp
Sugar powdered – ½ tsp
Lemon juice extracted – ¼ tbsp
Cumin seeds powdered – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except wheat. Chill till required. Toss puffed wheat and serve immediately to keep the crunch intact.
Note: This being a mixture of all types of vegetables, as well as wheat, provides you with lot of vitamins and proteins.
