Drink: Cocoa Shake
Ingredients:
Cream – ¼ cup
Cottage cheese – ¼ cup (optional)
Egg substitute ¼ cup
Water – ½ cup
Cocoa – 1 tbsp
Splenda - 2 heaping Tbsp
Low carb protein powder - 2 heaping Tbsp
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend a few minutes. Then blend in about 8 cubes ice, one at time.
