Ingredients
Cauliflower- 1 no
Butter -1tbsp
Brown sugar twin – 1tbsp
Cinnamon- 1tsp
Salt –to taste
Raisins (soaked)- 1 handful
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Preparation
Grate cauliflower and place in pan with melted butter. Gently cook just to heat the cauliflower. Add the rest of the ingredients and heat. Serve hot with vegetable salad. Tastes Great !!!
