Weight Loss Meal: Tropical Muesli
Ingredients
100g natural muesli
60g wheat flakes
1 apple, peeled and grated
600g tub Skim Fruit Yogurt
1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
pulp of 2 passionfruit
1 and a half tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
Preparation
