Egg – 3 no
Sugar – ¾ cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Gelatin – 2 tsp
Milk – fat free – ½ cup

Soak gelatin in 3 tbsp of milk. In a pan put the sugar and heat. When it turns brown, add butter and hot milk. When it thickens, remove from the flame and keep it aside. When it cooled, add beaten egg yolks. Reheat it once again on low flame and when it thickens add gelatin and essence. When the gelatin melts, take it off from the flame and cool. Now add well-beaten egg whites and salt. Pour it to a bowl and refrigerate. Serve it garnished with nuts and raisins.
Note: This dish can fulfill your dietary requirements. Milk, which is plenty in calcium, is a must for bone growth.
