Ingredients
Large tomato – 1
White pumpkin -1 small piece
Onion -1
Carrot -1
Potato small- 1
Water – 3 cups
(Pressure-cook all the above ingredients and keep it aside)
Carrot - 1 no
Capsicum – 1 no
Spring onion sprig – 1 no
Cabbage leaves – 2 no
(Chop all these vegetables)
Other ingredients
Butter – 1 tbsp
Boiled, drain pasta – 2 tbsp
(Macaroni, noodles, spaghetti, any)
Red garlic sauce – 2tsp
Ginger grated – ½ tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Salt and Peeper to taste
Preparation
Blend pressure-cooked veggies in mixer and strain. Heat butter in a pan. Add ginger, stir, add the chopped vegetables, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add pureed stock and bring to a boil. Add all other ingredients and then stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Note: This is a mixture of all types of vegetables. The fiber content eradicates constipation and thus avoids the formation of toxins in our body.
