Ingredients
Spinach chopped – 450 gm
Onion – 120 gm
Green chilly –1no.
Oil - 20 ml
Pepper and salt - to taste
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions, green chilies, spinach, salt and pepper and blend it well. Cover the pan with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Blend it again and serve with cucumber slices sliced celery. This can be eaten along with the main meals.
Note: A dish of spinach can be beneficial to persons suffering from kidney troubles. Green leafy vegetables are rich in Vitamin C, folate and Vitamin A. They protect heart, lungs and the brain.
