Ingredients
Dates (seedless) – 6 no
Green chilly – 2 no
Garlic – 3 cloves
Lemon – ½
Salt – to taste
Preparation
Put green chilly, garlic, dates and salt in a mixer and blend well. Take it out and mix with lemon extract. Serve with rice or bread.
Note: Daily intake of dates can make you healthy and also helps you to retain your youth. It also provides you with sufficient amount of calcium, potassium, iron and vitamins.
