Ingredients
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Water – 1 cup (for making the dough)
Salt to taste
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a dough maker and make the dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. Then make small round balls with the dough. Then spread it in to round shapes using chapattis rolling pin. Heat a frying pan and place the round shapes one by one. Cook both sides. Enjoy it with any vegetable dish.
Note: Chapattis are highly preferred by people on weight loss diet, as the carbohydrate level is low in it.
