Ingredients
Puffed wheat- 1 cup
Toasted rolled oats – ½ cup
Cornflakes – 1 tbsp
Onion finely chopped – 1 no
Tomato finely chopped – 1 no
Cucumber finely chopped – small -1 no
Boiled potato finely chopped – 1 no
Coriander leaves finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Green chilly very finely chopped (optional) – 1 no
Lemon juice – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Put all chopped vegetables, and chilly into a large bowl. Add half coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice. Toss well to blend ingredients. Before serving, add puffed wheat and oats. Mix well, transfer into individual serving bowls. Garnish with crushed cornflakes and remaining coriander.
Tips: Everyone should consume less than 2,400 milligrams (about one teaspoon) of sodium each day. People with hypertension should strive for even lower intake. Reducing sodium may also help protect against heart failure.
