Tips: Soybean oils, Safflower, corn, cottonseed and peanut are rich in linoleic acid. Linoleic acid is necessary for proper growth and a healthy skin; it is of particular nutritional importance because the body cannot make it. It is called an essential fatty acid because we must get it from the fats we eat. However, only a small amount of linoleic acid is required.
