Ingredients
Garlic – 250 g
Chilly powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Curry leaves – 7 no
Preparation
Heat a pan and pour oil. Add garlic and curry leaves and fry it for 10 minutes in low flame. Take it out from the flame and add chilly powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix it well and serve with any type of rice. Tastes great with Fried rice.
Note: Garlic is considered as an infection fighter and is considered to be protective against heart diseases.
Tip: Blue garlic in pickles is safe. This reaction may be due to iron, tin, or aluminum in your cooking pot, or water or water pipes reacting with the pigments in the garlic.
