Ingredients
100g natural muesli
60g wheat flakes
1 apple, peeled and grated
600g tub Skim Fruit Yogurt
1 mango, peeled and cut into strips
pulp of 2 passionfruit
1 and a half tablespoons flaked almonds, toasted
Preparation
Combine muesli, wheat, apple and half the yogurt in a bowl and refrigerate covered overnight. Divide cereal into four serving bowls. Top evenly with remaining yogurt, mango, passionfruit pulp and flaked almonds.
Note: A combination of carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins, this is a perfect stuff to maintain your calory.
