Ingredients
Banana- 5 no
Sugar – ¼ cup
Powdered Cardamom – 1 pinch
Butter – ½ tsp
Water – ½ cup
Preparation
Pressure-cook the bananas and peel. Mash it well and keep aside. In a saucepan, boil the water and add sugar. When it thickens, add mashed bananas, butter and powdered cardamom and keep stirring till it becomes a tight paste. Brush a bowl with butter and put the mixture to it. When cooled, slice it and enjoy. A great snack.
Note: Bananas can give you energy, as they are one of nature’s best energy foods.
