Ingredients
Potato – mashed- 3 cup
Onion – chopped – 1 no
Green chilly – chopped - 1 no
Ginger – chopped – ½ inch piece
Scraped Coconut – ½ cup
Salt – to taste
Egg white – of two eggs
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into the required shape. Dip in beaten egg white and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry and serve hot with tomato sauce.
Note: Fried items are not that good for health. If you are so particular, you can have this for a change.
