Low fat vanilla yogurt
Sugar substitutes – 2 packages
Sliced banana – 1
Low fat sugar cookies
Preparation
Mix pineapple, bananas, sugar substitute, and yogurt. Serve with low fat sugar cookies.
Tip: Low-fat yogurt is a richer source of calcium than milk.
