Ingredients
Olive oil – ½ cup
Fresh limejuice – 6 tbsp
Chopped cilantro – 1/4cup
Ground cumin – 1 tsp
Cooked black bean – 4 cup
Red bell peppers diced – 2 md
Red onion – 1 md
Cooked corn kernels – 11/2cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix everything except beans and vegetables in a large bowl. Then add beans and vegetables and toss well. Add seasoning if needed. Garnish with cilantro.
Tip: Bread that is all whole grain costs higher. But the amount of fiber and healthy items in it compensates this cost.. All whole-wheat bread is brown but not all brown breads are whole-wheat. By law, bread that is “whole-wheat” should be made only from whole-wheat flour. Whole-wheat flour is not the only ingredient that gives bread fiber. Search for the following ingredients in the bread you eat: wheat bran, oat bran, wheat berries, cracked wheat, oatmeal and rye flour.
