Ingredients
Potato (small size) – 1 no.
Celery – 250 gm
Vegetable stock – 750 ml.
Onion – 60 gm
Parsley – 5 gm
Corn flour-30 gm
Oil- 1 tsp
Milk (cream separated) – 250 ml
Pepper and salt - to taste.
Preparation of Vegetable Stock
Take 500 ml of water in a pan .Add 50 gm of carrot, cabbage, beans, onion. Boil it and reduce the water to 250 ml.
Preparation
Mix the chopped potato and onion with the vegetable stock. Blend it thoroughly to make a paste. Make a white sauce using milk, corn flour and oil. Now mix the paste and the white sauce. Boil it again and sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Garnish it with chopped celery and serve hot.
Note: This soup can be considered as a wholesome diet due to the presence of lot of ingredients from different food groups.
