Ingredients
Bread crumbs -1/2 cup
Tomato – 200 gm
Spring onion -3 no
Garlic – 1no
Cucumber -1 cup
Capsicum – 1 no
Tomato juice – 2 ½ cups
Pepper powder – to taste
Salt – to taste
Oil -1 tsp
Lime juice- 2 tsp
Water (boiled) -150 ml
Preparation
Mix the breadcrumbs, oil and boiled water. Peel the tomato by putting it in hot water and chop it into very small pieces. Now blend the mixture of breadcrumbs, oil and water with cucumber, garlic, capsicum and spring onion in a mixer. Add limejuice and tomato juice to this mixture. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt and serve chilled.
Note:
Cucumber provides lot of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin A and potassium.
