Ingredients
Cabbage finely shredded – 2 tbsp
Carrot finely chopped – 2tbsp
Cauliflower finely chopped – I tbsp
Stalk celery, finely chopped – 1 (small)
Spring onion greens finely chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger grated - ¼ tsp
Red chilly sauce – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 1tsp
Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Oil – 1tsp
Vegetable stock – 4 cups
Preparation
Heat oil and add vegetables, ginger, except spring onions. Stir-fry till cooked, add spring onions and keep stirring. Add vegetable stock, chilly sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and stir again. Bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes and then add salt and pepper. Mix corn flour in 1/2 cup water, and pour into soup, stirring continuously. Cook for 2 more minutes. Serve hot.
Note: Cabbage has a lot of moisture and hence is considered as a vital weight-loss ingredient. You can plan this dish at least two-three times a week and enjoy its effects.
