Ingredients
Beet root dark – 1 no
Bottle gourd – 1 small piece
Small onion – 1 no
Small tomato – 1 no
Small potato – 1no
Sugar – ½ tsp
Salt, pepper to taste
Whipped cream – 1 tbsp
Chopped basil – 1 tsp
Preparation
Chop vegetables into large chunks and pressure cook till soft. Cool, blend in mixer and strain. Add seasoning except chopped basil and cream. Serve chilled with soup sticks.
Note: Beetroot helps in keeping you bright and energetic. It also gives you a glowing skin and doesn’t bother you about your body weight.
